Our U.S. entity is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. For 2024 and 2025, we filed Form 990-N with the IRS, as our gross receipts were under $50,000.
Tinnitus Quest Verein e.V.
Our German entity is a registered nonprofit (e.V.). German law does not require public filing of financial statements.
